Vimi Team ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Vimi mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Information You Provide: When you create an account, we collect your Name, Username, and Email address. We also collect content provided during customer support interactions.

Information Collected Automatically: We collect device information (model, OS), usage statistics, and crash logs. If authorized, we may collect precise or approximate location data.

Cookies: We use Cookies and Web Beacons to manage logins and preferences.

2. Face Data and AI Analysis Policy

Vimi uses AI to recommend English names and identify MBTI types based on facial features. We strictly adhere to the following:

No Biometric Storage: We do not store face data on our servers. Photos are processed and immediately deleted.
Local Storage: Generated results are stored locally on your device by default.
No Training: We do NOT use your photos to train our AI models or for marketing.
No Sharing: We do not share face data with third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide personalized services and App functionality.
To improve security, fix bugs, and prevent fraud.
To provide customer support and comply with laws.
We do NOT sell your personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with your consent, with essential service providers (under strict contracts), or when required by law. Cross-border transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. Security and Retention

We use encryption and access controls. Data is retained as follows:

Account Data: Retained while the account is active.
Deletion: Deleted/anonymized within 30 days of account deletion.
Usage Data: Retained for 12 months.
Support Data: Retained for 6 months.
