By downloading or using the Vimi app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. License & Usage

Vimi Team grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the App. You agree NOT to:

Use the App for illegal purposes.
Harass, abuse, or harm others.
Upload prohibited content (violent, pornographic, or hate speech).
Reverse engineer the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App design, code, and original content belong to Vimi Team. You retain rights to content you create, but grant us a license to process it as needed to provide the service.

4. Disclaimer

Vimi provides entertainment based on AI analysis. Results are for recreational purposes only.

No Professional Advice: The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.
"As Is": The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vimi Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit. Governing law is determined by Vimi Team's primary place of operation.

7. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account for violating these terms. Upon deletion, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
